To witness the bio diversity and the beauty of the area I am traveling in a helicopter. A heli flight is usually on my schedule on the last day of my stay. The pilot was flying over the Okavango Delta and at a certain spot the bottom of this creek was covered with water plants from the genus Ludwigia repens providing a reddish color. The ripples on the water surface created light reflections like flames. This was a call for the pilot to return and make a close up of this astounding composition of mother nature. A crocodile gliding in the water made the contrast in this scenery complete.
