Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe reveals itself through light, water, and wildlife. In Mana Pools, the Zambezi shapes a calm, intimate landscape where animals move freely and photography becomes an exercise in patience and quiet observation.

In Hwange National Park, the experience is defined by scale. During my visit, vast numbers of elephants gathered at waterholes, their slow movements and rising dust transforming the land into a powerful, living composition.

A three-day boat journey along the Zambian river offered a contrasting stillness, broken by the vibrant presence of red carmine bee-eaters nesting along the cliffs. Their color and constant motion brought life and rhythm to the serene flow of the river.
